Yes—this is one of the biggest advantages to booking with us. I personally curate your itinerary based on your wine preferences, group style, and the kind of experience you’re looking for (scenic, boutique, food-focused, etc.) You don’t need to stress about planning or reservations—I handle it for you.
Yes, we provide door-to-door service throughout Napa Valley, Sonoma County, and surrounding areas including San Francisco. That includes hotels, vacation rentals, and private residences, so your day is completely seamless from start to finish.
All tours are completely private. It’s just your group, your schedule, and a fully customized experience designed around you.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons (Spring through Fall and weekends). Early booking allows for the best winery availability.
Most guests visit 2-4 wineries depending on the pace you prefer and whether you include a restaurant or more casual lunch. We’ll help design a schedule that feels relaxed, not rushed. 3 wineries is typically ideal for most groups.

Tasting fees are separate and paid directly to the wineries. This gives you flexibility to choose experiences that match your preferences and budget. We’re happy to guide you toward great options at different price points.
Absolutely. We love hosting birthdays, bachelorettes, anniversaries, and celebrations. We can tailor the experience to make your day feel special and memorable.

This is a boutique, highly personalized experience. We live in and love wine country and are focused on creating a thoughtful, custom day—not a scripted one-size-fits-all tour. We love sharing our beautiful community, landscape, and hospitality with our guests.
Tours canceled outside 7 days prior to the tour will incur no charge. Tours canceled within 7 days are charged 6 hours at the hourly rate. The payment can be applied to a future tour within 12 months of the original tour date, because we understand that sometimes emergencies happen and we hope you can reschedule your trip to wine country!
